KOVENLI™ provides a return review process for eligible home goods and furniture items.

🧩 Product Condition

Items may be reviewed when they are unused, unassembled when applicable, undamaged, clean, and kept with original packaging, included parts, labels, manuals, and product materials.

🪑 Furniture Item Notes

Furniture, storage pieces, tables, chairs, desks, beds, and cabinets should be returned in a condition suitable for review. Used, damaged, altered, incomplete, installed, or heavily handled items may not qualify.
